LaZZar Custom Homes (LCH) is a cost-plus builder. What that means is that we add up all the costs incurred in building a home: land, home, landscape, etc. add a 10% for a builder’s fee and that’s your cost to build your dream home. The benefit is that there are no upgrades or change orders. What you pick is what you pay for — nothing more. When you shop for selections with our vendors and ask how much it costs, they’ll tell you. You will never hear, “Call your builder for a price on that.” LCH will build a quality house for whatever your budget may bring… the sky is the limit. For the most part LCH is a build-on-your-lot builder, but we sometimes have lots available in certain areas. LCH also does not have specific floor plans. Floor plans will be drawn to fit each homebuyer’s size and taste. Homes built in the past by LCH can be built again or modified to fit your ideas.
