My name is Ernest Salazar, President and owner of LaZZar Custom Homes. We do this through our commitment to use only the highest quality materials engineered to last longer, run better, and waste less. This ultimately eliminates many problems typically encountered in homes, such as mold issues and inefficient heating and cooling. I have been in the construction business since I was 12 years old, working for my father as a drywall hanger. Thirty years in the industry and 42 years in the San Antonio has given me not only experience, but honest values, integrity and inspiration. My true joy is seeing people move into their own home.

LaZZar Custom Homes builds truly custom homes. As a LaZZar Custom Homes customer, you will work directly with me for any and all concerns. I do all the subcontracting myself and have a General Contractor to manage most custom home projects. The buyer can select a custom home from over 1000 plans available by LaZZar’s architect, or, an architect will design a home that is uniquely yours. LaZZar Custom Homes will even go to your lot and design with your particular lot specifications in mind.
